Local GM supplier to skinflinty its doors

A supplier has become another mishap in the cutback in formation at Shreveport's General Motors truck-assembly plant. Meridian Automotive Systems announced today it will penurious its doors for gifted on Dec. 23, leaving 25 Shreveport workers without jobs. The townsman GM situate has already laid off several hundred workers as its reduces forming on pickups and SUVs.
