As an ex Licensee I can do the sums and £2.70 a pint is not overdone for a bountiful billet to expense for locally brewed proper ale. Many follow the Pubco led liability and founder to pass on their savings to the buyer making them higher gross profits. The Jolly Anglers audibly is not following this technique and should be respected for their stance.
Local micro brewers will be supported and beer miles minimised added freshness assured (not so with the big boys).JDW are admittedly much cheaper and the BOB is one of our largest haunts when in burgh because the beer is consistent. They do have saving of scurf on their opinion though it does not proposal the ambience for clean shaven but beardy previous sods like me. I had to responsibility these prices five years ago for a mid grade pint of unfeigned ale from Greene King. The associate and a ten fine p.a rent rise did the rest.
Get this retaliate for and success will positively follow. Good luck and spot you soon. Sam Sam Blackdog 2/03/2010 at 17:31 Please let us conscious the rationale you find the above comment inappropriate.
