Sprout on Church Street closing today.

After less than a year in Burlington, the Sprout Natural Parenting cooperative on Church Street is closing its doors today. In a communication saving sent recently Sunday evening, the store’s marketing leader, Katharine Rancourt, said the circle was “sad to announce” the closing of the Burlington store. The native store, in Brattleboro, will stay open.



The Burlington lay away opened in October 2007 and offered parenthood and babies clothing, PVC and BPA freely plastics, toys and raising accessories. The hold also offered monthly nurturing workshops. Owner Laura Louisell said parents-to-be registered with the Burlington supply and those with remaining rare orders will still be served, according to the intelligence release.
